1, engineering grade reflective film, suitable for general road signs, that is, the usual level 1, two, three, four grade road and temporary signs. Generally, it is divided into two kinds: pressure sensitive type and thermosensitive type. All kinds of patterns can be produced by screen printing with the same kind of ink. It is a durable sealed reflective film. Life expectancy is usually 3~7 years, depending on the manufacturer.
2. Diamond reflective film is suitable for traffic signs of high-grade highways and urban roads. Under normal use condition, the brightness retention value after 10 years is at least 50% of the initial luminance value. All kinds of patterns can be produced by screen printing with the same kind of ink. The brightness of the diamond reflective film is six times higher than that of the engineering grade, and it is more than three times that of the high-strength level. The operating temperature is generally required at 18 to 28 degrees C.
3, high strength reflective film, suitable for the general road traffic signs, that is, the usual highway, first, two, three, four, and the temporary use of the road signs. The MD1800 series is the application of the acrylic mask reflector and reflective film. The 1500 series is PET mask. The surface figures are 2 kinds of rhomboid and honeycomb. The life span is generally 10 years. It is suitable for aluminum plate and steel plate.
