Printing area can be printed about 30 square meters per liter under the condition of using single filament, 230 mesh screen and razor sharp plate. Adding the diluent or additive to the ink increases the printing area, but reduces its cover and outdoor durability. In printing plastic containers, a smaller mesh is needed, when the printing area will increase and the drying speed will be accelerated.
